Wendy, Yoga Instructor
Wendy has been actively practicing yoga since 2019 and enjoys how consistent practice makes her feel physically and mentally. In April 2024, she obtained her YTT200, intending only to deepen her own practice, but was happily surprised when she came out feeling ready to teach others too. Wendy’s classes are more anatomically focused, allowing students to tune in to their physical bodies by stretching and flowing through different poses. Through her classes, she hopes to aid in building physical awareness and understanding of the human body to help students feel more energized and ready to take on their day!
