Barre

Barre targets the body's small muscle groups with isometric movements that focus on the glutes, thighs and abdominal muscles. Barre is considered low-impact and very customizable to each individual's needs. Barre helps you build strength and stability. Our fast-paced upbeat, music-inspired classes will leave you wanting more. Props are sometimes used and each class is specially designed and changes frequently to always keep your muscles guessing!

Barre Flow

Barre Flow blends the dynamic movement of low impact barre and traditional vinyasa yoga. By activating small muscle groups, this class aids in injury prevention and recovery. Each class is a full-body workout and we will use light weights along with other rotating props.

All levels welcome.

Kick It!

Throw some punches and kicks with Alaina at our pop up Kick It class! This format combines high intensity interval training with kickboxing, boxing, rhythmic components and a relaxing meditative cool down. Over the course of a 13-round series of high energy songs and coordinated body weight movements you’ll leave sweating and smiling. All levels are welcome!!

Strength

This energizing 45-minute strength class delivers a full-body workout through high-intensity intervals. You'll alternate 40 seconds of effort with 20 seconds of rest, using a combination of light, medium, and heavy weights to challenge and strengthen every muscle group.

Barre & Bounce

Barre & Bounce is our new class that mixes cardio and barre moves, all done on JumpSport Trampolines! It’s a full body workout that is easy on the joints. Bouncing is known to help improve your balance, coordination, endurance and improve your body's lymphatic function.

Somatic Hatha Yoga

Hatha translates to sun and moon which shows its self in this practice by creating a balanced focus on the asana & prana (pose& breath). In addition to finding balance within ourselves, we will also focus on a somatic approach. Focusing on function & finding what feels good. Traditional aspects of yoga will be present with the use of Sanskrit in addition to yoga philosophy. Whether you’re looking to find your center or simply a good stretch you will be glad you came.

Candlelight Restorative Yoga

This class will begin with a gentle Vinyasa, a series of calm flowing postures to warm the body followed by restorative poses to help to relax the body and mind, recuperate, de-stress, and increase positive emotions. Leave your mat feeling more centered and refreshed.

Class is held in dim studio, with LED candlelights

Appropriate for students of all levels.

Pilates / Mat Barre Fusion

Mat pilates and mat barre are the perfect combo. Class is performed on your mat, all on the floor. Pilates is the practice of controlling your breathe while performing resistance body weight exercises with a focus on strengthening your core.
