All Levels Vinyasa
Be prepared to sweat and be challenged in this style of yoga linking breath with movement through a creative, flowing sequence of yoga postures. Cultivate balance, flexibility, strength and endurance. A practice that is simultaneously challenging and calming, leaving you energized and centered long after you've left your mat. Modifications are given for different levels. 60 minute class.
Barre
Barre targets the body's small muscle groups with isometric movements that focus on the glutes, thighs and abdominal muscles. Barre is considered low-impact and very customizable to each individual's needs. Barre helps you build strength and stability. Our fast-paced upbeat, music-inspired classes will leave you wanting more. Props are sometimes used and each class is specially designed and changes frequently to always keep your muscles guessing!
Barre & Bounce
Barre & Bounce is our new class that mixes cardio and barre moves, all done on JumpSport Trampolines! It’s a full body workout that is easy on the joints. Bouncing is known to help improve your balance, coordination, endurance and improve your body's lymphatic function.
Barre Format - 20/20/20 Barre/Core/Stretch
A little bit of everything with this class! 20 minutes of arms, 20 minutes of ab focused work and 20 minutes of pilates / yoga stretch.
Get ready to have fun while getting a full body workout!

Candlelight Restorative Yoga
This class will begin with a gentle Vinyasa, a series of calm flowing postures to warm the body followed by restorative poses to help to relax the body and mind, recuperate, de-stress, and increase positive emotions. Leave your mat feeling more centered and refreshed.
Class is held in dim studio, with LED candlelights
Appropriate for students of all levels.
Heated Pilates Fusion
Heated Pilates Fusion is a full-body high intensity, low impact workout that improves muscle tone, flexibility and strength. This 60 minute HIIT class is performed in a warm room so bring a towel and water!
Mindful Yoga
Let go of your to do list and just exist . Mindful yoga is a Hatha style flow that is suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced yogis. Each class is unique in design with its focus being on inward reflection, breath and finally the pose. This is a slower paced class that gives the student the opportunity to focus on practicing with intention and form.
Classes are aimed to help stretch sore muscles and find peace in our current body. This morning time class will start your day with a positive & peaceful energy in addition to being a beneficial way to warm up before a more physical class or recovery from one. Find your center and flow through your day with more flexibility both on and off the mat .
Pilates / Mat Barre Fusion
Mat pilates and mat barre are the perfect combo. Class is performed on your mat, all on the floor. Pilates is the practice of controlling your breathe while performing resistance body weight exercises with a focus on strengthening your core.

Restorative yoga
Our restorative yoga is based on Vinyasa style of yoga linking breath with movement through a creative, flowing sequence of yoga postures. Cultivate balance, flexibility, strength and endurance.
