Lauren is a busy mom of 2 girls and a Barre Body–certified instructor since 2016. She discovered her passion for barre in 2014 at Barre Life and was immediately drawn to both the effectiveness of the workout and the sense of community it provided.

Lauren began teaching at the YMCA for 5 years and in 2022 pursued her future teaching at Barre Life.

In addition to her work in fitness, Lauren is an entrepreneur who manages multiple Airbnb properties and operates an online clothing resale business.

She enjoys Staying active, spending quality time with her family, attending concerts, traveling, and embracing the outdoors.
