Alyssia grew up immersed in movement through competitively figure skating for 10+ years and is grateful to have continued her involvement in the skating world as a coach. While helping athletes grow on the ice has always been rewarding, she found herself searching for a new challenge. In August 2025, during her last semester of college, she took her first barre class at Barre Life and instantly fell in love. Barre quickly became a fulfilling outlet from everyday life and was inspired by the uplifting and supportive community at the studio. Now as a certified barre instructor, she is passionate about creating classes that feel supportive, strong, fun and empowering for every client that walks through the door!
