What to know about your first class
We welcome clients of all ages & levels! All of our classes offer modifications and challenges so that you can go at your own pace. Please notify our instructors of any injuries or physical conditions prior to class.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class.
This gives us time to show you around, set you up for class and get to know you, as well as address any questions or concerns you might have.
We have everything you need for class. We have mats to use for free, water if needed and all of the props- just show up, we have the rest :)
Wear whatever you are most comfortable in. Most people wear leggings & a tank top. We love bare-feet or barre socks. Shoes are not required in any of our classes but indoor sneakers are permitted for our Cardio classes.
