Emily, Yoga Instructor

Emily believes that yoga is not merely a physical exercise - it is a state of mind. Yoga is the sanskrit word for “union” or “connection.” Emily’s classes aim to provide this sense of connection between the mind & body to all students that take her class. She wants to crush the myth that you must be “fit” or “flexible” to do yoga! By linking the breath with simple movements, mind & body are brought into harmony, providing a sense of peace & wholeness within the practitioner. Her goal in each class is to allow each student to find this sense of connection within themselves, leaving students with feelings of peace, wholeness, & overall well-being. Emily completed her 200 hour yoga certification at YogaLife, in Exeter NH, in 2017.
