Watermelon H20 - Hydration season!

We all know that it is important to stay hydrated all year long, but especially in this heat wave! If you have been out enjoying this beautiful summer weather, make sure to keep water with you, maybe in your new Barre Life water bottle ? ;)

Drinking regular water all the time can get boring, so below is our new favorite way to drink it. Mix it with watermelon for a double dose of H2O!

Watermelon is made up of 92 percent water and contains salt calcium and magnesium levels that make it ideal for preventing dehydration. It also is a great source of potassium and vitamins A and C.

Watermelon doesn't just taste delicious and help you to stay hydrated, it can even control high blood pressure, improve eye health, improve your mood, and so much more! Make yourself a glass of watermelon water asap!

Cut watermelon into thick pieces and remove the seeds. Add to a glass of cold water, let sit or enjoy right away. You can add basil or cucumber for more of a twist.
