We loooove Pumpkin Spice everythang this time of year. Try this easy Pumpkin Spice Chia Seed Pudding for a tasty, healthy treat!
1 cup almond/coconut milk
1 cup organic pumpkin puree
2 heaping tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
2 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings: toasted coconut flakes & dash of cinnamon. Really anything your heart desires!
Mix everything very well in medium sized bowl, set in fridge for at least 30 mins. Portion out, add toppings & enjoy!
