Gluten Free and Vegan, these delicious energy bites are great on the go! Stash some in your work bag, take along on hikes or road trips, or just enjoy at home because why not?!
1 cup of dry oatmeal- steel cut oats work best
1/3 cup of honey or agave nectar
1/2 cup almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
1/2 cup of Vegan Dark Chocolate chips
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Ground Flax seeds
2/3 cup Organic coconut flakes- toasted
Mix everything together well. Place mixture in refrigerator for 30 mins. Form about 1 inch balls. Store in air tight container in the refrigerator.
